All About Me
When I was younger, I knew exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up. I was always playing school with my siblings and I was always the teacher!
From elementary school through college, I attended catholic schools (Notre Dame, St. Mary’s, Molloy College and St. John’s). My experiences at these wonderful schools helped me to solidify my career choice.
In 1996, I graduated from Molloy College with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Elementary Education. Upon graduation, I worked as a Pre-K teacher at Buckley Country Day School in Roslyn. After working there for 2 years, I was excited for my new adventure as a 2nd grade teacher at St. Agnes Cathedral School and have never looked back! During this time, I attained my M.A. in Elementary Education from St. John’s University.
I married my husband, Thomas, in May 2006 and became members of St. Agnes Cathedral Parish. We have 2 sons, Gavin (8) and Declan (K) who both attend St. Agnes Cathedral School. When we aren’t at St. Agnes, we enjoy making memories as a family. We enjoy watching sports (Chicago Blackhawks), going on vacations and going out to eat.
St. Agnes Cathedral School is such an important part of my life. I have enjoyed all my experiences here and I am looking forward to more terrific memories.
