"Putting Our Faith Into ACTION"

Virtue
 of the Month:

September: Friendship

October: Cooperation

November: Compassion

December: Joy

January: Initiative

February: Faith

March: Temperance

April: Grace

May: Hope

June: Gratitude

July: Rest

August: Relaxation

Temperance is the virtue that helps us keep our desires under control and to balance our use of material goods.

Galatians 5:22-23 - ...The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.

Prayer for Temperance:

Help me, God, to be happy with what I have instead of wanting more. Show me how to choose those things that are good for me and for others as I practice the virtue of temperance. Amen.

Our themes of the year are grace, grit, light, and service.

We are people of A.C.T.I.O.N.
