Hello, my name is Ms. Farrell and I am so excited to enter my fourth year teaching Social Studies and Religion at St. Agnes Cathedral School. I am looking forward to a fantastic year full of growth and joy.
In Social Studies we will be learning about the first half of American History from Native American Nations to the Civil War. The second half of this American History curriculum will be continued in eighth grade.
In Religion we will touch many topics including the dignity of the human person and how we can grow deeper in faith. We will also learn about how the writers of the Bible were divinely inspired.
This year’s school theme is “Mary, Show us the Way.” We turn to the Blessed Mother with hearts full of gratitude and hope. She is our our example of grace and wisdom, who will guide us as we embark on this journey. She will show us the way to her Son.
