St. Agnes Cathedral School operates and relies upon the timely payment of tuition. Failure to adhere to the tuition agreement burdens the parish and limits the school’s ability to provide the programming and academic excellence we strive to offer.
Tuition is payable in advance or in eleven monthly payments. The first tuition payment, including fees, is due August 1st. Monthly tuition payments are due on or before the first of each month. The final tuition payment is due on June 1st. Tuition coupon books are provided.
Instructional, technology, iPad repair, and lunch fees are additional costs due with the August tuition.
Your tuition account is expected to be current at the time of each assessment card review. When tuition arrears are accrued for two or more months, parents will be notified that their child/rens assessment card(s) will not be available for review until your tuition arrears are paid. Outstanding tuition/fees in June will result in withholding the student's assessment card. An outstanding balance for an eighth grade student may interfere in participation in graduation festivities. All tuition and prior years fees must be paid by July 1 in order for a child to return for the following school year.
In order to help defray the cost of education, families who are members of a parish within the Diocese of Rockville Centre, and pay the Diocesan Parishioner rate, are required to contribute in the weekly collection a minimum amount of $550 per calendar year, January through December.
